Crushed my appetite completely and made me nauseous when I looked at food, I freaking love it. Not to mention the extreme cracked out/dirty energy it gives you, but in a good way. I recommend pairing this up with some caffeine, l theanine, and l tyrosine to smooth out the overall energy buzz. I took 2 at once before the gym and I legit did an extra hour long cardio session after I was done lifting for an hour and a half because I had too much energy. This isn't a "miracle" pill for weight loss. Make no mistake, you still need to diet and exercise properly to see results but god damn does it make those two things so much easier especially once you start to get really lean. I will be buying this again for sure.
